Standard rates are charged for comfortable accommodation with private bathroom facilities per booking.

De luxe rates are charged for accommodation which is superior in comfort with private facilities per room (usually en suite). De luxe rates may also be charged for properties in popular tourist areas such as Queenstown and Bay of Islands.

Special rates are charged for properties requested by the client but not listed with us. These rates are negotiated with the individual property.
